RESUMO
O presente trabalho procura demonstrar como, durante o Baixo-Império Romano (pós-clássico dos séculos III ao VI de nossa era), o mundo e o pensamento helênico afetaram o cristianismo, que suplantou o paganismo, e em vista disso, influenciou a compilação do Direito Romano levada a cabo por Justiniano
